Subscription fees
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All amounts are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Message credits
Each subscription tier includes a monthly allotment of message credits used by the AI Agent. When the monthly allotment is exhausted, AI features are paused until you purchase additional credits or your next billing cycle begins.

Free trial
New organizations receive a 30-day free trial upon registration. At the end of the trial period, your organization is automatically converted to the entry-level paid plan unless you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel before the trial expires. We will send reminder emails before the trial ends.

Cancelling
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your organization settings. Access to the Service continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Payments
Payments are processed by bKash Limited. By making a payment you also agree to bKash's applicable terms and policies. We store only transaction identifiers and payment status; we never store your bKash PIN, OTP, or any sensitive payment credentials.
